Skippy is a hip hop encyclopedia, a real hip-hop head and a local DJ. He looks the part, but he is as goofy as Steve Urkel or even Pee Wee Herman. He’s very displeased with the state of the hip-hop today and has made it his mission to bring it back to what it was. He doesn’t do a lot of gigs because of his music selection, playing real hip-hop, so he resorts to cutting his prices and sometimes deejaying for free just to do what he loves.
